Aromatic Herb Sausages

Ingredients (Makes 8 sausages):

250g ground pork 

salt & black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp. chopped sage

2 tbsp. chopped basil

1 tbsp. coconut oil

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, a generous pinch

of salt, a pinch of black pepper, sage, and basil. Mix well until

the ingredients are evenly distributed. Shape the mixture into

eight evenly sized sausages.

Heat the coconut oil in a large non-stick frying pan over

medium heat. Add the sausages to the pan. Cook, turning

occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes, or until the sausages

are well browned on all sides and cooked through.

Serve the sausages hot, or let them cool and store them in

the refrigerator for later use.
